As an experienced public servant official, Dr. Julia Clark-Johnson is here to serve you. She is dedicated to building a successful community in the growing population of Nashville. She is devoted to strengthening the Davidson county community. She has a proven track record for serving eight consecutive terms as a public servant. Her tenure primary responsibilities were presiding at council meetings, city ordinances, amending/revising ordinances, policy development, balancing and managing fiscal budgets, managing city employees, implementing successful constituent hardship programs and fund-raising activities. Clark-Johnson is an experienced leader and proud of her successful achievements.
